We are a niche chocolate company nestled in the foothills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, established in 1990.
It is our mission to bring to you our own finest hand-made chocolate. Everything is nut-free and gluten-free. Plus all of our dark chocolate is dairy-free. We are constantly trying to improve and extend our range of chocolate. Recently, we have introduced rice milk chocolate, which can be enjoyed by vegans, people with diabetes, and people with coeliac disease.
Most of the beans we use come from Ghana. However, for a real special treat, we also do small batches of organic beans from Columbia and other South American countries, which are 85% cocoa solids. Our range exceeds 100 flavours of chocolate! From fruits and spices to flowers and alcohol. Plus, some intriguing combinations to excite any chocoholic!
